Can anyone tell me how to take silhouette pictures?

I genuinely can not figure out how to, if anyone can send like their camera settings when doing it or explain how it would be very helpful🙏 I have seen so many people take those kinds of pictures and they look so beautiful (I posted this on the other subreddit too but figured I’d ask here as well)
