Consensus on her tattoo number?

Was looking at the shoulder tattoos for vocaloids (thinking of getting a tattoo myself) and I noticed Teto is kind of inconsistent with hers. Some renders have 0401 while some (the Sen final draft) just have 04. Is there any general consensus on which one she has or is it just a matter of preference?
