North indian migrant workers in Kochi

Guys, what are your opinions on the increase in such migrant workers and their attitude towards people, those who work construction, pterol bunks, restaurants etc. My personal experience is that they sometimes swear and mutter, behave arrogantly sometimes. Maybe its my opinion alone, and not pointing any fingers at all north indians who come to work in Kerala. Though what are your experiences and views on this ?
