How to File a Consumer Complaint for Non-Delivery of an Online Order?
I ordered a ring from Carat Sutra Pvt. Ltd. on December 9, 2024, for around ₹5,099. It was supposed to be delivered within a week, but I have not received it to date. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, there has been no response or follow-up from their side.
The ring was meant for a special occasion, and the delay has caused a lot of inconvenience. Since I got no updates, I sent them a formal legal notice demanding a refund and compensation, but they still haven’t responded.
At this point, I am considering filing a complaint in consumer court. Can someone guide me on the process? Where do I file it, what documents do I need, and how long does it usually take? Any advice would be really helpful.
