Spiderman 2 keep crashing

Hello everybody just wondering what's happening to my game of spiderman 2 if I'm doing something wrong or what? I am playing spiderman 2 on low settings with amd drivers from December and have fluid motion but struggling with the game then crashes completely have not been able to been the beginning of the game wondering if someone can help
