When is it On-sight?

I refuse to believe that I'm the only person that has an "It is on sight" list. So, who just gets V in turbo-mayhem mode whenever you see them?

For me its Maelstrom, Scavs, and Raffin.

Everyone else, if they're just chilling and hanging out, I give them a pass.

Update: Man, you all have some great opinions and reasoning behind your choices. I've never had anything go this big.

Update 2: Wow, blew up overnight. You guys are wild! Took forever for all the upvotes to get sent out. Additional, I forgot about the Voodoo boys. Those guys are not on my happy to see them list.
