Wrong sale order delivered

I ordered 100ml of Tumeric Latte for my mom and the Chelsea Morning solid perfume. What arrived was a 30ml bottle of each. I'm not particularly mad about the bottle of Chelsea Morning, but I assume I won't be getting a replacement of Tumeric Latte since it's been sold out for a while now.

I've never received a completely wrong order along with the correct delivery slip. Bit sad that my mom will miss out on the perfume she's been looking forward to, and also a bit worried about the refund. Does Lush give you your money back or do they just send you off with a gift card for the amount you paid and call it a day?
