Heart rate zones

Hey everyone,

I just got back into working out a little bit after 4 months of Ketotifin, naltrexone and several other supplements. I wanted to see if people have noticed certain heart rate zones they try to avoid. I’m a 28M and it seems like 155+ is where I start to get symptomatic. Dizziness comes back on and my throat feels like it’s starting to close up again. Last night I had a mini panic attack and it brought back a lot of discomfort. Does anyone else experience this? Trying to get into shape as much as possible while avoiding the obvious histamine releases related with this. I know it’s unlikely to be the same for everyone but wanted to ask around.
