Still rigged?

Last time I played a few years ago the game was clearly rigged. Same cards in opening hands, matches meant to counter your deck, mana screw 10 games in a row, etc. is it still like that? Was thinking of dropping $10 on it for an aetherdrift draft but not if wotc are still stealing peoples money.
