Need some skills advice as a newgrad

I currently finished my degree and am looking for a job. What are the best skills to learn if I enjoy the automotive/racing, and aerospace industry and would potentially be interested in opening a company in 5-10 years? For starters, I have been learning Machine Learning for one year and have a decent foundation in SolidWorks and basic additive manufacturing (SLS and MJF). For the time I have available for reading, I usually spend most of it on automotive textbooks and business books. Any advice on skills I should learn? Drop? Any advice helps. Thanks in advance :D
