Methadone saved my life

Man I don’t even know where to begin, from being homeless…sleeping in cars and stealing from family. I had a horrible 30 addiction for a few years and I almost thought my life was over, today I’m almost a year clean. I have a car , my own spot and a beautiful girlfriend who is a Systems engineer and is currently in school for her masters. Sometimes it doesn’t feel real, I never thought I would be with someone who is so smart , caring and nurturing. I know if I was still on drugs this would have never happened….Pinch me I still can’t believe how good I’m doing .
