Starting dose

So I was curious if everyone’s clinic was like this. I recently started on Methadone and they make us start at 30 and then we can only go up 10 mg per week. And this is standard —you can’t change from this nor veer path from this, you can stop if you want to in terms of increases but if you want to go up, it’s 10 mg every week.
