NBA Contracts Should No Longer Be Fully Guaranteed

Making contracts fully guaranteed has resulted in players feeling more comfortable with load management. I think the nba should adopt the way the nfl structures contrcats, with signing bonus and built in incentives.

*Edit: I forgot that there are a lot of morons on this sub, but the unused money would go back into the team’s salary cap. Not into the "owNErs PoCKets". It would also make it extremely easy to move on from old players and bad contract’s
