How come the Chief's other assistants don't get poached

So I get that Chiefs struck gold in a way have Spags and Nagy, two failed head coaches but elite coordinators, on both sides of the ball. However, I never hear any of their other assistants getting interviewed for positions either. Take Joe Bleymaier, their Pass Game Coordinator for example. He's been their Offensive quality analyst, Asst QBs coach, WRs coach, and now PGC. 42 years old and in the prime of his coaching career. Not a peep out of anyone wanting to interview him for an OC job for which he is probably one of the most qualified in the league. If I was a team in a rebuild I'd be itching to get my hands on even their LBs coach, Dline coach, QBs coach, I mean someone that can give me the formula. Just super weird to me. It seems like its the Rams every year, Lions this year, but people just ignore the Chiefs.
