Why is Itachi's mistreatment of Sasuke is never labeled as "abuse"?

One thing I noticed in the fanbase, how the only time the word "abuse" is used is when people talk about how Sasuke treated Sakura. People fixate a lot on the genjusu Sasuke put Sakura in and see her as like an abused victim.

But no one ever talks about how Itachi was trying to brainwash Sasuke. Even when they do, no one ever calls Itachi as "abuser" like they do to Sasuke.
