3 month old not eating, not sleeping, and losing his damn mind

All of a sudden he is refusing breast and bottle like he’s on some kind of hunger strike despite being hungry. I have to force feed him which just results in him swallowing air, getting the hiccups and gas, and making him upset.

On top of that, he’s only napping for 20-40 minutes at a time so he’s constantly overtired which is probably impacting his eating.

He’s been screaming his head off constantly with only a couple of stretches of contentment.

I am at a total loss. What the hell is happening?
