Is there a clear way to (request) update the version of package on nobara registry?

Specifically I would like to play around with blender 3.6, but current version on the registry is for 3.5.1 and since it is explicitly said that blender should not be replaced with flatpak version (which I mainly use) I'm left wondering if I can somehow either update it myself without some breakage, or at least ask/contribute for it to be updated on mainstream nobara registry?

Also some clarification about this would be nice on the project's website
