My experience with my sleep stack.

Just wanted to share my experience with a protocol I use before bed.
144 mg magnesium threonate - powder form 1 ml lemon balm 12-25 mg trazadone (prescribed 50 mg, cut this into 4s because of grogginess in AM) 212 mg Magnesium bi glycinate 1 serving marine collagen powder 1 teaspoon glycine
My sleep scores are now over 93 on average with my Samsung watch time to fall asleep has shortened, and I feel more rested then just taking trazadone on its own.
Even if I get to bed at a later time and only manage to get 6 hours or less, I still am packing in sleep cycles and deep sleep time. No mini naps the next day, still function well.
