Should i stop taking if?

I’ve been taking Opill for around 2 months now. I don’t have a boyfriend so i am not sexually active all the time, but i started taking for precaution in case if i do have sex (A couple times in the last few weeks). I have been bleeding for almost 2 weeks now after my period and also feel super bloated. Im wondering is it worth it? I also don’t want the spotting to ruin my sex life because it makes me feel self conscious if i’m still bleeding. I’m not sure it’s worth it
