Which character is your personal counter?

I’m not talking counter for your main or anything, hell you could even be playing this characters counter and yet even a just decent one will roll you.

This also doesn’t necessarily even mean a character who is particularly meta.

Like personally I can’t stand going against a Pharah or a Bastian.

Even playing a hitscan with fine accuracy I’ll just keep getting rolled by a Pharah meanwhile I’ll constantly mess up my Bastian timings, any time I’ll assume it’s safe I’ll peak out and just get ruined no matter who I’m playing.
