Opinions on Scaraway Sheets?

Anyone have experience with using scaraway sheets at your generator site? Did they work the way you hoped? Not concerned about my scar in a cosmetic sense, but would be nice if I could get it to flatten/soften a bit for comfort reasons. TIA!
