Dr. Brawn, where art thou??

I started a fresh play through with my cousin and it’s been a blast. Been trying to teach him about breeding, IVs, and passives and everything that comes with it. Only thing is we cant find Dr. Brawn, and I can’t recall where I even found mine on my main.

If anyone would like to drop some coordinates on where I may have a high chance of encountering Dr. Brawn in the wild. That way I can finish my lecture on how he comes in handy when it comes to getting Pals with some bad passives and how the doctor can come in handy for this as he has a chance of fixing them for you.
