Completed my 2nd Breach Boss Challenge & got something worth a couple of divine orbys

Question: is there any other skill that can proc the bells faster or more viable? Currently using Cast on Shock with eye of winter for crit weakness and crit chance, would like to improve it for next +3 challenge
