I can’t handle it anymore

In April of 2023 2 of my leopard geckos got sick one pulled through the other didn’t she died in December well last night the one who did pull through died. I have 3 other lizards. And I don’t know weather to keep them anymore or not. I found a spot of what looks to be blood in one of there cages and I can’t stop checking on them to see if they are alive or not I’m so scared to leave my house or go anywhere and then die. I don’t know if for my mental health if I should keep my 3 other lizards. I love them I really do but I’ve lost 3 pets in the span of one year I’m not sure how much more I can handle.
