Pngtuber+ fps drops only on stream

Good morning! I just started using a new model i made for stream on pngtuber+ and realized that on OBS or when i have the window for png+ pulled up it runs smoothly but on stream when watching via twitch it starts to lag and the FPS drops by a lot- gameplay is streaming smoothly it’s just my model lagging.

Does this seem like a graphics card problem? I have a Ryzen 9 CPU so i’m hoping that it’s my graphics card that needs updating.
