Creating the most annoying rival ever

Just a fun thought experiment. Imagine a rival character that's absolutely full of themselves and thinks they're the best trainer ever, but uses pokemon exclusively designed to win in the most frustrating ways possible. Assume this is in the next gen and all these pokemon and moves are valid. Here's what I've come up with:

Shuckle: Sturdy, Mental Herb

Sticky Web, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Infestation

^ This guy sets up the web and rocks, and if it's still alive after 2 turns, uses Toxic and/or Infestation to whittle you down.

Whimsicott: Prankster, Focus Sash

Encore, Tailwind, U-Turn, Energy Ball

^ After Shuckle goes down, this guy uses Encore because odds are good you used a fighting or water attack to beat Shuckle. Then it sets up Tailwind to help out the next party member before switching out with U-Turn, or spams Energy Ball if you were using a water or ground type. What it U-Turns to depends on the type effectiveness vs. your current mon.

Togekiss: Serene Grace, King's Rock

Air Slash, Iron Head, Thunder Wave, Roost

^ Para-flincher. 'Nuff said.

Clefable: Magic Guard, Rocky Helmet

Cosmic Power, Stored Power, Soft-Boiled, Baton Pass

Spams Cosmic Power and Soft-Boiled until it has 3 boosts, then spams Stored Power. Baton-Passes to the next mon if the AI detects soft-boiled won't save it on the next turn.

Gliscor: Poison Heal, Toxic Orb

Toxic, Substitute, Protect, Earthquake

^ Toxic staller. Uses Earthquake for those Steel types that you probably noticed wall the previous 4.

Incineroar: Intimidate, Heavy-Duty Boots

Fake-Out, Flare Blitz, Parting Shot, Knock-Off

^ This one isn't meant to be as annoying as the rest. This is the rival's ace, and represents everything about their personality. It appears to be a big, strong, cool fighter, but uses cowardly-themed moves like Fake Out and Parting Shot to get an edge. And though it's the "star" of the rival's team, it's actually all the rival's other pokemon that win him matches because by the time any trainer gets to Incineroar, their team has already been beaten down by status effects and stalling tactics, leaving Incineroar to take the credit for their effort.

Looking for any criticisms on how to improve this
