[Chapter 4 Spoilers] Leith legitimately made the worst mistake ever that it's honestly baffling

It's not a "look how evil he is" thing but a rant on how utterly stupid Leith was for punishing Harley Sawyer for his mistakes and work ethics... by giving him a taste of his own medicine via shoving his consciousness as an AI for computer systems. I don't care if they had preparations or not, they could've lobotomized or erase his memory entirely so they wouldn't have any problems of Sawyer retaliating. But nope, they kept him the same way and just told him what to do. In fact, he undoubtedly took part in the Hour of Joy, so he was right about Leith making a huge mistake. I honestly think it could've been better if they erased Sawyer's memories so that he believed himself to be some new AI.
