Can't enter recovery mode on Samsung S21 ultra

I followed the online tutorials, switched off the device , connected usb cable, waited till charging animation started, then pressed the volume up and the side key till samsung logo shows up, then released it.

I have done this like 7 times but I just switch on the device and just can't enter the recovery mode.
