Photo quality, reduce white noice / over exposure.

Hi guys,

i am pretty sure i have a wrong setting somewhere but the quality of these photos aren't acceptable for a 1000k+ phone (coming from apple and never had any issues with the sky). This rather looks like smartphone camera quality 10 years ago. Any idea what setting i have to make to reduce the overexposure of the sky/clouds?
