Any recommendations for dry hands?

I work as a dog bather, and that combined with the cold weather has really taken a toll on my skin. Does anyone have recommendations for products that could help with dry and cracked skin on my hands? I’m not sure if something waterproof exists, but I really don’t want to have to wear gloves at work. Any and all recommendations are appreciated. I have mildly sensitive skin but at this point I’m just in too much pain to care very much.
