A Vent

I have been playing religiously since release. I love this game more than anything but I just do not know what happened to it. Since the release of Danny, this game has progressively gotten worse with balance. The game is no longer a fun laid back experience, but now a hard competitive scene of just running routes. At this current stage, playing family is too easy and playing victim is near impossible. This isn't a matter of "get good" or pandering towards one side of it. There simply isn't any balance to this game any more and it really sucks to see because it's shrinking an already tight game base. I don't care for metas, I don't care how I should play it, I just want to play it in a state that is fun and fair for both sides of the coin. I also am well aware that we can't have a ton of content drops too often since the teams smaller but please. We need more maps, we need more variety. I think that that would solve a lot of this. Unfamiliarity as well as being fair to newer players. That of course doesn't last forever but we need a solid 2-3 more maps here for some blood to get pumping again. Idk I always try to think of what could save this and make it float again but it doesn't matter since all we get are 2 bug patches and clothing dlc. Its just finally starting to wear on me cause this is one of my favorite games and all this year it has been a rollercoaster of the good and the bad and I just want to see this succeed more than anything. That's really all I guess. I just wanted to do a little vent on some frustrations. I'll see you guys out in the field in the meantime 🫡
