A serious suggestion to the Bhairav practitioners with sensitive or gentle nature - NO HATRED HERE!
Bhairava sadhana is transformative but can lead to instability of emotions, sudden fears and Bhairava’s energy often brings hidden fears, unresolved emotions, and suppressed issues to the surface. Sensitive people may feel intense emotional responses, such as fear, anger, or anxiety, which can be unsettling if not properly managed.
For those with sensitive natures seeking balance in their Bhairava sadhana by incorporating both male and female Saumya Devatas can provide a nurturing and grounding energy alongside intense practices. Among the female deities, Saraswati brings clarity and calmness; Lakshmi bestows harmony and abundance; Annapurna nourishes and stabilizes; Chandi in her softer form provides protection with gentleness; and Durga in her protective, compassionate form offers courage without intensity. On the male side, Ganesha brings wisdom and removes obstacles with a calming influence; Vishnu provides steady preservation and emotional balance; Dakshinamurthy, a serene form of Shiva, embodies deep wisdom and inner peace; Dhanvantari offers healing and balance, ideal for well-being; Krishna in his child or friend form brings joy and emotional warmth; Shiva in the Ardhanarishvara form integrates both masculine and feminine energies harmoniously; and Hanuman offers courage with devotional gentleness.
These deities provide a nurturing, steady foundation for sensitive practitioners, allowing them to harness intense energies in a balanced and manageable way
If somebody, really wants to listen to me, then do several malas of their Ishta/or any above deity that resonates with them, and then, do 1 mala of Bhairav Baba for protection.
If you are not a gentle person, then please DO NOT POST HATRED BASED COMMENTS - THE NATURE WILL REACT AGAINST IT. I am only trying to help people here - especially gentle and sensitive people. I am happy that multiple men are doing Bhairava sadhana as I am hopeful that they will prevent eve teasing and rpe in India/world.
We ALL have a protective deity, but our Ishta are different. Always do 1 (or a few mala of this deity), and multiple (more than what you did for protectiive) mala of Ishta.
Harih Om!
