Far past admitting this was a drunk mistake first tat.. what would you do?

Thankfully it’s small so I’m sure it’s easy to cover up, but I don’t know the first thing about tattoos / especially covering anything

Ideally, I would like most of my left arm tatted one day, but I don’t have the money for what I want right now.

What would you recommend as something I can cover it with that can also be a piece of something larger later on?
