Frustrated new owner

I just bought a (used) 2021 SR5 and am extraordinarily frustrated with the computer shit. It seems like Apple Carplay only works with the phone plugged in, and I cant figure out how to rearrange the apps to get Google maps on the side instead of OnX. The remote start doesn’t seem to work, yes, I’ve tried pushing the lock 3 times, and holding down on the 3rd push, and I can’t figure out how to “Download” navigation app from the Toyota store. According to the 800 Toyota number, I have to pay 15 dollars a month for the remote start and the navigation “will never work on that vehicle”. Someone has to be able to help with this shit, right?
