Hey people of Trivandrum! I’m a 28-year-old male software engineer, and since December, I’ve been looking for an apartment near Kazhakoottam as a bachelor. It hasn’t been an easy search, but I’ve finally found a place I like and would love to share it with someone.

Rent: ₹22,000

Deposit: 2 months' rent

Furnishing: Semi-furnished 3 BHK

Location: Karyavattom

Preferred Flatmate:

I’m ideally looking for one other working professional. As a software engineer, I’d prefer someone in the IT field but open to sharing with executive professionals from other fields as well.

House Rules:

No drinking, smoking, or recreational drug use.
