How do you deal with false teachers and heretical influences within the confines of reddit?
In Jude 1:3b I felt the necessity to write to you appealing that you contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints.
The Greek wording conveys the idea of a struggle or fight. Just as Paul said to Timothy, "fight the good fight of the faith" 1 Tim 6:12, highlighting the spiritual battle against false teachings. We Know that God’s final revelation is through His Son, Jesus Christ, and the teachings of the apostles.
Sadly the "Enemy seeks who he may devour" is very alive on reddit.
Jude 1: 4 For certain persons have crept in unnoticed, those who were long beforehand marked out for this condemnation, ungodly persons who turn the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Hence my question, how do you deal with them. Responding in love to pure Heresy, is it possible?
Or do we quote, Matthew 16: 23 But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me; for you are not setting your mind on God’s interests, but man’s.”
