We need a centralised .gov job site asap

I’m done. I can’t deal with the numerous job applications where I’m auto rejected after 5 minutes on a weekend.

We need a .gov website where all jobs in the country are posted to.

This would deter companies from posting fake jobs, and also require them to post salary bands.

If the job is stated as entry level, they can’t then say it requires 1 year experience + (from a type of drop down menu situation)

This would also give us an accurate indication of the job market.

How do we get this rolling?

The purpose of this is to stop companies taking the absolute Michael with job apps.

Also it would be nice only having to upload my CV and experience once on one website rather than having to upload it 10K times again and again
