Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative progress timeline

Hi everyone, I am a Green Card holder and trying to bring my wife to the U.S. I have started her immigration process through my lawyer, and currently, we are at this stage:

“On October 24, 2024, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number **********, and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice.”

I have no idea how long this process takes. I know that since I am a Green Card holder and not a U.S. citizen (I will hopefully become a citizen in two years), the process will take longer.

Has anyone been in the same situation before? How long did it take for your spouse to get a Green Card? I have been researching a lot, but there are so many different timeframes and situations. My lawyer told me that it will take at least two years, but I am afraid it might take longer.
