Refunds will be sent to BankMobile for processing around 3/5pm today.

The refund preference you selected determines how soon you will receive your funds.     

You may view the timing below: 

·  DEPOSIT TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT - Your refund is sent to your personal outside bank account the same day BankMobile receives the funds from Valencia. Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days for the receiving bank to deposit the money into your account. 

·  DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE CHECKING ACCOUNT - If you open a BankMobile Vibe Checking Account, money is deposited the same day BankMobile receives funds from your school.·  

If no refund preference is selected, a check will automatically be mailed to the address on file 3 weeks after BankMobile receives the funds from Valencia. Once mailed, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive. (Due to it taking so long to receive, we recommend setting up direct deposit.)
