Weight loss on a rough sleep schedule
Hi all, i’ve recently started losing weight in the past 2 weeks (M 20 104.5kg) and for those 2 weeks i have been off work and i had managed to get my weight from 109 down to 104.5kg so all was going well as i was sticking to my defecit and exercising
I was managing to get a full 7-9 hours of sleep per night whilst off however i am now back at work and since its a night shift i still get roughly 7-8 hours of sleep but it’s very patchy (so a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening)
i mean i weighed myself after i woke up this morning and had gone from 104.2KG to 104.5KG which is the first day i’ve gained weight since i’ve started even tho i still kept my deficit around 900 (Yes im counting)
does anyone know if this patchy sleep is gonna really negatively affect my weight loss or if this small gain i’ve had is just an off day?
