What state has the absolute worst political landscape IYO?

By worst, I mean ideologically in disagreement with. Don't just state Vermont or Wyoming just because they're the safest states for a given party. If you feel a specific state Democratic or Republican Party is horseshit and doesn't reflect your values go ahead and say it.
