Harareans: can we all agree that police make traffic worse?

I'm being whiny but every time I come to an intersection where police are directing traffic, it's waay slow and backed up. They also do it when the traffic lights are working so it's truly not useful. Kasi havana zvimwe zvekuita? It makes my journeys longer and I kind of wish we could appeal for them not to "help" when the traffic lights are working anyway
