My Partner's Addiction

My partner is seemingly addicted to social media. She's on her phone 80-90% of the day just scrolling through Facebook or Instagram, commenting on posts, messaging on Snapchat or messenger, it's neverending. She says she feels tired all the time, admits she has an addiction but, nothing changes. I tell her it makes me feel ignored because I'll be sat in the room with her and end up reading or watching the TV alone because she's just doom scrolling and mindlessly commenting on, nothing, but she'll get annoyed with me, she'll say things like "Well why does it affect you so much?! It's my life, my phone, why does it bother you whether I'm on it or not" and she gets really nasty when I try to get her off it. I make us a meal, or a drink and she'll stay on her phone while I eat or drink, essentially, on my own.

How can I try to get her off this..? How can I make her see that it's causing a rift in the relationship without seeming controlling?
