Complex But Easy to Follow Animes on Netflix

So I recently finished Kaguya-Sama: Love is War, love it, but I want something more complex but simple to follow.

Examples would be something like AOT and Vinland Saga, and maybe 86 they have really complex storylines and characters, but they are quite easy to follow and are likeable. So I want more animes like this.

So any recommendations? It doesn't have to be on Netflix but if it is. Then good lol
