Who are the 2% of the population that completely change the world?

So i have this professor that has a weird way of explaining stuff and he considers the 93% of population as the average people who work normally. The other 5% the people like Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos who are billionaires and get up at 5AM. And the other 2% as the type that gets up at 12PM and are excellent people who the world can't do without. They're revolutionary. But he was asking what they're called and nobody knew the answer. He said its a single simple word we've heard plenty throughout our lives but still...
