My friend’s phone with Indian SIM card crashed, and need ms help activating the SIM card to complete a time-sensitive bank transaction(OTP kosam).

Local phone lo SIM vesthe pani cheyatledu. Is there anyone in Ottawa that can help? Or are there any hacks to make the Indian SIM work in a local phone?
