Thoughts on Names

This is so random, but it always bothered me how David Michael ALWAYS went by his full name and yet Emily Michelle was frequently shorted to just Emily. David Michael is such a mouthful to me. Also, we know Hannie's full name is Hannah but was Sari's name Sarah?
