Why are people obsessed with Mujib, and try to justify awami league and hasina?

I get it he was an influencial figure in the creation of our country. But the way people have made him in to a god figure is sickening. There were many other people involved in the war and the creation of our country. If we read history we will see that he sometimes took decisions that actually hamperd our liberation effort pre-1971. Mawlana bhashani told him to boycott the elections after the Bhola cyclone yet he and his party campaigned to participate in the election of a government that didn't do much to prevent the damages of Bhola cyclone and didn't do anything after it too. He declared the independence but it was everyone else who actually brought the freedom. I feel like people have been brainwashed by awami league for so long that they made Mujib into a god figure. The destruction of dhanmondi-32 isn't something to cry over. It's a symbol. It can be broken or kept. It's people who decide. And why do we even need a "father of the nation".

And why even after 53 years of independence we are still hung up on Pakistan. We should move the fuck on. If they don't apologize just leave it. Those army cocksuckers don't matter. We should just keep normal relations with them. If India Pakistan can trade even tho they fought many wars I don't think we should be able to do it too.
