Scarlet cuts my connexion...because we have to switch to Proximus due to optical fiber. WTF?
Hi people, yesterday I asked you about any issue with Proximus in terms of street works (that impact to a general group of people, not individuals).
After checking with my provider, Scarlet, they tell me...we have to switch to Proximus due to a change on optical fiber in the area. Any similar situation? I found it pretty aggresive: "we CUT directly your internet contract...and then we ask you to SWITCH to another company".
I am shocked.
