Suddenly bad at driving

I have always been a good driver. But I am 3+ years into my long haul, and in the past few months, I have noticed that my driving has gotten really bad.

I haven't (luckily) gotten into any accidents. But I feel a little spacey when I drive, as if it's not quite real. The highway is starting to make me more nervous than it used to. Music is suddenly distracting. The biggest issue, and the thing that prompted this post, is that several times, I have gone to turn out of an intersection and haven't seen a car coming at me. It's like I am blind to it until I get honked at.

I also—not just when driving—feel like I have lapses in my memory.

This is freaky, but I am not even 40, so I don't think it's age-related. It seems new things are popping up each time I go into a relapse, and this might be the latest.

Anyone else? Any advice? Thank you.
